Maybe even add mod slots too. I think all traps except the electrical traps could have mod slots. Turrets, blade traps, dart traps, etc. speaking of darts, it would be really neat to have a mod to install in the robotic drone to allow it to fire darts at enemies! Which gives use to darts for those who don’t use the traps. Having the darts ONLY used for one thing is just weird. Or robotic turret ammo actually would probably make more sense now that I think of it. Even if it could only use regular rounds instead of AP.

Also, something I just thought of (not sure the game allows it, but wanted to mention it anyway. I’ll be testing this myself later) if you’re using some type of sensor for the traps, add a redundant switch that can power it as well!! So that way if somehow your tripwire or whatever is broken, you can flip the switch to turn it back on! Idk if the game will allow 2 power sources to be plugged into one trap. But you could try using 2 traps, power one through the sensor and one through the switch, and then connect the traps to eachother maybe!

@@davidross5640 Finally got a chance to test it. Darts fired from dart traps will pass through both wood and iron spike traps and not cause any damage to them.

You did what? Not sure about PS5 controls, but if for example right trigger applies the paint, then left trigger would wipe it away. When the paint is wiped away it will go back to whatever it was before, or the basic color for the material that the block is made of.

That's a smart idea, using the blocks and logs. I have started getting better at putting just enough fuel in for my project at hand. I keep telling myself I'm going to get the mod that automatically shuts off stations when the project is over, but with the version changes and updates I don't want to end up with broken worlds.

Never played riptide, but I played the first dead island after it launched

@@TheVanillakoolaid it just seems like dead island 2 doesn't have a lot of gameplay the map isn't big and it's way too easy to beat there's only like 24 main missions in di2 riptides pretty good but haven't finished it yet it just seems after di1 and riptide di2 fell off a cliff

Still accurate minus some rule changes!

The only way you would be able to make it work is as follows: Power source -->Pressure plate 1 Pressure plate 1 --> Pressure plate 2 Pressure plate 2 --> Pressure plate 3 Pressure plate 3 --> Each of your 4 dart traps Keep in mind that if any of the plates get broken it will interfere with the circuit and you wont have power anymore to the traps. If none of this made sense let me know and I can try to explain it better.

I'm on console and followed this configuration. But it just fires continuously, I'd like it to fire when the plate is stepped on but can't get it working like this sadly
